Please be aware that the US government has recently implemented increased import duties on orders exceeding USD$800. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or handling fees imposed by the destination country. The US government has recently introduced increased duties on imports for orders over USD$800. We are working hard to be able to provide our customers with visibility of how these duties apply to each order. Please reach out to customercare@alberlie.com if you have any questions. These charges are typically collected when your package arrives. Customers are responsible for these fees, which are determined by your local customs office. If these charges are not paid, or if an item is refused at customs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To return an item:

  1. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and contact us for return instructions at customercare@alberlie.com . Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the packaging exterior.

If you need any assistance, please contact us at customercare@alberlie.com.

Your returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include the original email receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure the item is well-protected during return shipping to prevent damage. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 4-7 business days, excluding the original shipping cost.

Damaged Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at customercare@alberlie.com. Please include photos of the damage, a description of the issue, and your order number and shipping information. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Please note that reports of damage after 5 days of receipt will be considered normal wear and tear.

Returns Policy

Alberlie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our specified requirements. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on items returned in damaged condition (scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging).
