Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt).

Return Window: You have 21 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities. Please include your order number clearly on the shipping label or outside of the package.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 4-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping fees.

- Final Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage, a brief description, your order number, and shipping information in your email. We will do our best to replace the item as quickly as possible. Damages reported after 5 days will be considered general wear and tear.
- International Returns: For international orders, if a return is initiated because you refused to pay import taxes or customs duties, Alberlie will recover any costs or fees incurred. Your refund will be issued only after the product has been returned to us.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We advise using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- Right to Refuse: Alberlie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our stated requirements, including items damaged on return (scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging).
